Terms of Service

By creating a HudsonWorks tenant or by using the platform on behalf of a tenant, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service.

HudsonWorks provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform that includes customer management, project management, task tracking, time tracking, proposals, contracts, invoicing, vendor management, calendar synchronization, and search — for trade service businesses (Solar, Plumbing, Roofing).

• Plans: Standard ($800/month) and Premium ($1,600/month). Billing is arranged directly with HudsonWorks; contact us to start a subscription.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Unpaid balances may result in suspension. After 30 days past-due, the tenant may be deleted.

Records you create inside HudsonWorks (customers, projects, tasks, invoices, etc.) are your data. We act as a processor; you are the controller of your customers' data.

You are responsible for the lawful basis under which you collect and store your customers' information.

• No spam, no harassment, no illegal activity.
• No reverse-engineering or attempting to bypass tenant isolation.
• No use of HudsonWorks to operate competitive multi-tenant SaaS for the same trade verticals.

HudsonWorks supports per-tenant integrations with DocuSign (your account, for contract signing), Google Calendar (push only), and Algolia (search index). Your relationship with each third party is governed by their respective terms.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

HudsonWorks' total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to tenant owners by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
