Is there a free trial?
We do hands-on onboarding instead of a self-serve trial. A 30-minute call, then a 30-day pilot - Standard or Premium, no setup fees, cancel anytime within the first month.
How does migration work?
Most teams move active customers and projects in the first week, run parallel against their old system for 2–3 weeks, then cut over. We help with the spreadsheet import - typically a single Google Sheet does it.
Do you process customer card payments?
No, on purpose. Trade businesses prefer different rails (check, ACH, wire, card). You record InvoicePayment manually with whatever method your customer used. We use Stripe for our own subscription billing - that relationship is between us and you.
Is my data isolated from other tenants?
Yes. Every record carries a strict tenant_id scope, search indices are tenant-isolated at the index level, and our staff doesn't access tenant business records as part of normal operations.
What if I run more than one trade?
Service type lives on the project (and most other records), so a single tenant can run Solar + HVAC + Plumbing + Roofing + Electrical in parallel. Dashboards and reports filter by trade automatically. The vertical-pack architecture means new trades activate without code changes.
Do you offer field training for crews?
Yes. Premium includes a 90-minute remote field-team session and a printable mobile-app cheat sheet. Standard plans get the cheat sheet.
